University officials were also troubled a year later by fraternities when former ASASU Vice President and Sigma Nu member Brian Buck appeared in "Shane's World Vol. 29 Frat Row Scavenger Hunt 3," a pornographic movie filmed at various ASU fraternity houses. One fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, was suspended for three years for its role of its members in the film.

The Sigma Phi Epsilon House caught fire last fall. Investigators ruled the fire began when someone fired a bottle rocket into a closet and clothing was ignited, according to an Associated Press report from last November.
The house was condemned until it was brought into compliance with housing and fire codes, according to that story.
