A 21-year-old San Diego State University student was found dead in his apartment on Fraternity Row early yesterday. Douglas DeWitt was found by his roommates in his apartment near the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity house about 1:35 a.m. Saturday. DeWitt's roommates became concerned when they realized they had not seen him for 24 hours. They told authorities DeWitt had been drinking when he was last seen and he went to his room to lie down because he did not feel well.
