A 23-year-old member of Baker's Delta Tau Delta fraternity, was arrested and issued a notice to appear in Baldwin municipal court for assault and battery after he allegedly punched Matthew Needham, 22, a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, in the face during a party late Saturday night, said Baldwin Police Chief Mike McKenna.
