The Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity will hold a memorial service for Cpl. Bradley Thomas Arms, a University of Georgia student who was recently killed in Iraq, at 4 p.m. Thursday in the UGA Chapel on North Campus.
Arms, who entered UGA in January 2003 and was called to active duty in the U.S. Marine Reserve last summer, was killed in Fallujah on Nov. 19.
Arms, a 20-year-old rising junior from Charlottesville, Va., was killed in action by hostile fire, according to the U.S. Department of Defense. Arms was a member of the Marine Corps Reserve's 4th Combat Engineer Battalion, 4th Marine Division.
The public is invited to attend the memorial service.
