Bar owners ask city to ease restrictions

Some Pittsburg (Kansas) bars may no longer be hangouts for 18- to 20-year-olds looking for a good time. That is, if the Pittsburg City Commission doesn't repeal a city ordinance it passed in 1997 that raised the minimum ratio of food to alcohol sales for bars that admit people under 21.
