We were wandering around Google today and stumbled on this neat feature. It is a directory listing of Sigma Phi Epsilon sites. They list 104 (today) plus another 8 they show as Alumni sites.
The effort is called the Open Directory Project (here is their "About" page). It looks like it may have some merit. If your Chapter site is not shown there is a way to submit a site for consideration.
Bear in mind that an actual human will look at the submission and decide whether to include it, so it make take some time. We just submitted the S&P site and will keep you posted on the result.
