Fraternities face sanctions for conduct violations

The law of unintended consequences strikes again.
Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity was charged in violating the Student Conduct Code by allowing underage drinking at an unregistered pre-party on Sept. 25, a few hours prior to the fraternity’s registered safari party, where a 17-year-old girl claims she was sexually assaulted by a fraternity member.

One of the females involved said there were about 15 couples at the fraternity house prior to the party. They arrived early because they knew they would be unable to drink once the party began, she said.
It seems like some people are just bound and determined to shoot themselves in the foot. Or maybe some more delicate anatomical part.
