Open hearts, open wallets: "At least two more local fund-raisers are planned for next week -- one by the Kalamazoo Public Library and the other by Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity at Western Michigan University.
The fraternity members plan to collect donations on campus, while the library is giving its patrons the option of directing overdue fines paid next week to the American Red Cross Tsunami Relief Fund."
