Well, you try stuff out and sometimes it works better than others.
I made the previous post about scholarships by using the Blogger 'blog by mail' feature. As you can see the HTML in the post is handled rather, um, "creatively".
The post is important, so I'll leave it up. But I think it may work better on plain text. Post by mail is pretty neat, though. We may be using it again over the next several weeks - CLAs are coming...
