Florida Mu just can't catch a break.
Some students at the University of Central Florida are looking for a new place to live. Two frat houses at the university have been condemned, one from hurricane damage and the other because it doesn't meet fire codes. When students at Pi Kappa Alpha returned for the beginning of the spring semester, they found a notice on the door warning them to get out, saying the building was an unsafe and dangerous structure.
Meanwhile, at the Sigma Phi Epsilon house, inspectors say hurricane damage made the whole building unstable.
I just hope the Alumni Board has kept up the insurance premiums.
