6:30 Ritual - I'd tell you about it, but then I'd have to kill you. I will say that the shaved goat was a big hit, especially after we put out the fire.*
*PETA people please note - that was a joke! No goats or other animals were harmed in the performance of the ritual. Brother Jones, however, will in time learn to live a normal life despite his new "special circumstances".
7:30 Awards Dinner - More rubber food. Richie Proud officially 'outed' as the new Director of Volunteers. The guys who got the Zollinger awards must never sleep in order to accomplish all they have done and still keep a GPA that would make a Rhodes Scholar envious.
Final thoughts - We may have problems with some of the programs from HQ and the way they are (or are not) implemented, but you cannot be in the room with 200+ young men of this caliber without being impressed. I am certain these leaders on campus today will be the leaders in the world tomorrow. They like to have fun but even more they take their roll in the Fraternity seriously.
This was a good weekend. Thanks for reading my ramblings.
