Seems like all that ever makes the news about Greeks is bad news. To paraphrase Shakespeare, "The evil that men do lives after them; the good is oft interred with their bones." In fact, Iron Maiden produced a song, "The Evil That Men Do." We at S&P are convinced that many Greek organizations, particularly you Sig Eps out there, are doing a lot of good on your campuses and in your communities. It is just too bad that those headlines aren't as spectacular as the tragic ones that bombard us from the news sources.
We at S&P would like to recognize those good things you are doing out there, but if it never hits the news media, we don't often hear about it.
So.... If your chapter is proud of some philanthropy activity, community service activity, or campus activity you have accomplished, if you will drop our senior editors, The Oracle or Wordjunky, an e-mail with the details (and pictures if possible). We will be glad to give you a few hours of press on S&P.
As always, we are looking for your input. Excelsior.
