MIT - Sigma Phi Epsilon Removed from IFC

Sig Ep at MIT has lost recognition.
The Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity is no longer a member of the Interfraternity Council, said IFC President Christopher P. Child ’06. SigEp had its charter revoked by the national headquarters of the fraternity on Jan. 28 because it was not growing in size, thereby losing recognition with the IFC.

To paraphrase Woody Allen:
"Chapters are like sharks. They have to keep moving or they die, and it looks like we have a dead shark on our hands."
