A former Bowling Green State University student will spend 15 days in the Wood County jail for a drunken incident in which he forced a male student to his knees and posed for photographs appearing to have sex with the student at the Pi Kappa Alpha house.
Nicholas Vogele, 20, pleaded no contest yesterday to a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief in Bowling Green Municipal Court. He also admitted to violating his probation for a 2004 underage alcohol offense.
