This past weekend the Brothers of the University of California, Berkeley chapter teamed up with the Women of Alpha Chi Omega to participate in Relay For Life.
One night. One day. One community. Relay For Life is about celebration, remembrance, and hope. By participating, teams honor cancer survivors, pay tribute to the lives we've lost to the disease, and raise money for the American Cancer Society to help fight it.
After three weeks of hard work the team raised over $5,440.00, surpassing the efforts of all other teams on campus, some of which comprised of as many as five organizations. The event raised over $44,000 during the last four weeks.
