Scott McClellen, Press Secretary for the Bush White house, was awarded the Sigma Phi Epsilon Citation for his professional achievements Saturday night at the 49th Grand Conclave of the Fraternity.
Staying on-message, he did not divulge any new information about the Karl Rove - Valerie Plame issue or whether the White Hose would relent and release Judge Roberts' papers.
