A 1987 graduate of Kansas State University, Doug has most recently served as a Senior Sourcing Leader for General Electric overseeing an annual budget of $50 million.
From 1987 through 1993, Doug was a member of the SigEp staff in Richmond; starting as a Regional Director, then Chapter Services Director, and finally as Director of Education. As Director of Education, Doug wrote the initial version of The Lifetime Responsibility of Brotherhood, planned numerous Carlson Leadership Academies, and directed Conclaves in 1991 and 1993.
As a volunteer, Doug has devoted his time as A lumni B oard President, a member of the National Leadership Committee, and a member of the Conclave Implementation Team.
