About 700 of the most active alumni (OGH, DG, CC, AVC pres., etc.) have received a survey from Grand President Yeatts. We encourage all who got the survey to respond candidly.
If you like the programs and direction Sig Ep is heading by all means say so. On the other hand, if there are programs or policies that need improving - or scrapping - be sure to voice your opinions about that too.
TO: Chapter CounselorsThe S&P staff's survey invitation apparently got lost in the mail. One may only suppose that hosting a daily news and opinion blog with over 1000 visits a week does not qualify as "active".

Re: Volunteer Survey
I had planned to send this survey to you last week before we received the sad news of the death of our dear brother, Jim Robeson. I was honored to represent the Fraternity at his memorial service in Oxford, Ohio, last Saturday.
Jim made volunteers a high priority in his administration, and I know he would say "enough crying, get going?"
In my remarks at Conclave, I promised that we would put together a volunteer program for the Fraternity. I need your help if we are to accomplish this goal.
We are seeking the opinions of over 700 SigEps of various ages and relationships with the Fraternity. Please complete the survey by October 1, 2005.
Please feel free to make additional comments. ! ! ! ! ! ! If you wish to direct comments to me privately, my email address is [home address omitted].
Thank you for your willingness to assist our Fraternity and me. I may be back for more information after we process these responses. All responses and the history of past efforts will be used by the National Board of Directors to put together a program of volunteer recruitment and training of which you will be proud.
