Last night on Friday, November 18th at their Founders Ball the Virginia Pi chapter at Christopher Newport University awarded Headquarters staff member Jan Brammer the "Virginia Pi Rose and Violet Award".The Rose and Violet Award was created in the Fall of 2003 as a way for the chapter to recognize exceptional women who have contributed their time and their talents to the betterment of CNU SigEps.
Mrs. Brammer is loyal and dedicated member of SigEp Headquarters staff and has been a great help to our chapter over the past 2 years. Mrs. Brammer is also the mother of former chapter VP of Communications and current Standards Board member and winner of the U.G. Dubach Scroll Richard Brammer, 06'.
What a neat award! We don't pay near enough attention to the women who work in the trenches every day.
