After a year-long investigation, an Albany, N.Y., college student has been indicted for the death of his father and the attempted murder of his mother.
Christopher Porco, 22, was indicted Friday for allegedly beating his parents with an ax as they slept -- killing 52-year-old Peter Porco and severely injuring 55-year-old Joan Porco, the Albany (N.Y.) Times Union reported Saturday.
