Chapter of the Week - TX Gamma

The Chapter of the Week this week is TX Gamma - Texas Christian University

Why them? Why now? Because:

Junkster,

I have been peeking at S&P for a year or so.....and tip my hat to you for your labor of love.

Good things are happening at TCU and its not all 10-1 football.

Texas Gamma has gone from zero to first in a very short time. The Greek system was established at TCU in 1955 and has been, for the most part, very stable.

The only house to be expelled was Sig Ep back in September 1976. Presently, there are 10 IFC fraternities in this school of 8600 students.

We're back and better than ever.

GPAs hover in the 3.0 range....hitting a high of 3.159 in the Spring of 2004.

A recent election brought Texas Gamma its first officer in the Student Government, the Vice President.

The Alumni Group is active and has published four newsletters in the past two years.

The Chapter completed its website revision this Fall....and intends to revise again shortly so that the Chapter can included previsous newsletters into the site.

I noticed that this site is not among the Chapter sites that you have listed. We'd consider it an early Christmas gift if you would include us....give wrapping is optional.

Keep up the good work.

HFF
