The Penn State student affairs board will not recognize the Delta Sigma chapter after Dec. 22 following what it called a ritualistic hazing last month.

See what you are up against? It doesn't matter that it was a rogue frat. People who are not part of the Greek system lump it all together into one big stinking pile.
