One resident of Sanford, MI got help this year from Sig Eps volunteering and wrote the Midland paper to express his thanks.

To the editor:

I want to say a "Great big thank you," to all the wonderful people who helped me this year.

Day of Caring volunteers in May who painted my garage and the trim on my home, raked and bagged all my leaves. The "Space Gang," Richard Mohr, Carolyn and Todd Myers, Michelle Hinskey, Jessie Donahue, Jill and Bill Reynolds, Andrew Betzold and Colette St. Louis.

I also want to say "thank you", to the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. "Cookie girl" Jenelle Boyd and Doug Humenny, Andy Fish, Matt Dorn, Bob Lynch, Frank Beilto, Rob Tabet, Edger Hermendez, Denny Ranville, Preston Smith, Charlie Senn, Dan Wind, Matt Jarvis and Matt Worton. These young people raked and bagged leaves and had my yard looking beautiful in less than three hours.

Once again, God bless all the volunteers and thank you.
