Senior Don Conoyer and his two friends moved into a rental house last year after their Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity house closed.
They tried to make sure their neighbors knew they wouldn't cause trouble, Conoyer said.
"We introduced ourselves to our neighbors when we first moved in," Conoyer said. "Even in my parent's house, we always had a good relationship with our neighbors. And now we have a good relationship with our neighbors."
Conoyer said he and his roommates have helped neighbors whenever needed.
