It could be said that Derek Fultz has a crush on Little Bo Peep. He keeps staring at her, gently touching her face and arms, making sure she's not too hot or cold.

Fultz joined final snow-carving efforts with his Michigan Tech University fraternity brothers of Sigma Phi Epsilon Wednesday night in the annual Winter Carnival snow statue contest themed "Cartoon Art for the Young at Heart."
