Basil Miragliotta, third year student, won an unopposed election for secretary-treasurer. A member of Sigma Phi Epsilon social fraternity, he is vice president of the Newman club and has been on the varsity boxing team for three years. Last year he was EIBA champion at 145 pounds.The Cavalier Daily
