PB&J for the homeless

Nearly 500 Students at U of Maryland worke d to make 5000 Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich "snack packs" for the homeless.

More than half of the students who attended the event were members of the Greek community, Oppenheim said, and junior business major Matt Hirsch, a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, said he was pleased at what the event had accomplished.

“You’re working with your friends, but doing something good at the same time,” he said.

What a great way to take a break from studying for finals.
