DO NOT ACCEPT STATIONERY ORDERS FROM COLOR CREST &
NATIONAL FRATERNITY SUPPLY
We continue to receive reports from chapters that they are being manipulated and misled into renewing
purchase orders for what seems like obscene amounts of stationery. Sales reps are telling chapters
that theirs is a reorder and that the chapter always orders this amount of stationery. Unsuspecting
officers often agree thinking they are doing the right thing and they can get stuck with a bill that exceeds
$5,000! DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOUR CHAPTER. Tell everyone in the chapter not to sign
any order without checking to see if the company is licensed.
Affinity Marketing Consultants, Inc. has issued both of these companies cease and desist orders, yet
the companies continue to illegally sell Greek stationery. AMC is working with our intellectual property
attorneys to consider all legal options.
In the meantime, the BEST way you can protect your chapter is to only buy products from licensed
vendors. All licensed vendors sign a legal contract with your inter/national Greek organization and your
