Kevin Kuhle, of Hazel Green, Wis., recently was elected student body president at Drake University.
Kuhle, a junior in politics and public relations, is an orientation leader, peer mentor academic consultant and member of the student senate. He is also involved with other campus organizations, including the Drake College Republicans and Sigma Phi Epsilon social fraternity.
Established in 1986, Drake University's Student Senate is made up of 24 members.
Drake is a private, independent university in Des Moines, with an enrollment of approximately 3,200 full-time undergraduate students from 45 states and 62 countries.
