Marjorie Cowen, wife of Tulane President Scott Cowen, had a sweet surprise on Valentine’s Day — a serenade and roses from members of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity at Tulane. Scott Cowen was in on the secret, arranging to have her at Gibson Hall for the special presentation.
