Shots rang out in the early hours of Saturday morning on Fraternity Row leaving one Sigma Phi Epsilon member wounded and an assailant at large. Chris Duree, 21, was shot in the chest after an altercation broke out in front of the fraternity’s residence located at 2116 Terri Place. At the time of the incident, the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity was hosting a party.
