One of the best opportunities Sig Ep has to offer are the Carlson Leadership Academies. They begin this weekend. If you have never attended one, you should put this on your "to do" list whether you are an undergraduate or alumnus. It is an educational opportunity for you as a mentor, alumni volunteer, undergraduate officer or an undergraduate who is considering a leadership position in your chapter. It is also an opportunity to get a better understanding of the "global nature" of Sig Ep.
- The Carlson Leadership Academy is a two-day, high-intensity personal development program for SigEp chapter officers. Interact with fellow brothers, learn new techniques, and teach others your methods for success. The 2005 Carlson Leadership Academy is a substance-free event. The Carlson Leadership Academy is SigEp's collective think tank of best practices, techniques, and reasoning behind its efforts to lead the Fraternity world in the 21st century. Chapter officers create plans for making our Balanced Man Ideal a reality in 260 chapters across the nation."
