Sigma Phi Epsilon house up for sale
The only off-campus fraternity house is now just a memory, or is on the block.
The Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity moved out of the house at 1210 N. Main St., Edwardsville in July.
"It was more house than any chapter on this campus could handle," Greek Life Coordinator John Davenport said.
