Washington SigEps to Appear on Good Morning America
Officers from the Washington Beta Chapter at the University of Washington will appear via live broadcast on tomorrow morning’s Good Morning America television show. The chapter appeared on the front page of the Seattle Times today for its Sound Mind and Sound Body programming and commitment to demolishing the “frat boy” stereotype. Last year the undergraduate leadership committed to create an environment promoting the Balanced Man Ideal. Instead of weekly parties, the chapter has Thai cooking lessons, attends the ballet, hosts etiquette dinners, and maintains a clean chapter house.
