Richmond, Virginia…Billy D. Maddalon, North Carolina State ’90, is Sigma Phi Epsilon’s new District Governor for the states of North Carolina and South Carolina.
The District Governor is a SigEp alumnus who assists local Alumni and Volunteer Corporations in volunteer recruitment, training, and strategic planning.
Brother Maddalon served the Fraternity as a Regional Director from 1990-1991 traveling the states in the Pacific Northwest.
Today, he is the owner of Unique Southern Estates, a Charlotte-based company that operates several bed and breakfast locations in the North Carolina area. He is an active volunteer for North Carolina State University serving as President of the University’s Alumni Association, as well as the North Carolina Beta Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon.
